Automatically. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies.
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to prepare and deliver work if you become a client, to keep the site secure (for example, limiting how many messages one person can send), and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We use service providers that handle data for us: Google (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Cloudflare (DNS and security). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider does not track you across other websites. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not change how the site works in response to Do Not Track signals.
Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and accounting purposes.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can email us at webtechforgelabs@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We will respond as required by applicable law.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above.
